R and WinBUGS Code

[1] Ciprian Crainiceanu has constructed a number of Bayesian analyses using WinBUGS as called from R. It is currently available from us as a zip file, which when upzipped opens to various programs and datasets analyzed in the book.By the time the book is published, we expect to have better documentation of these programs and examples. However, they are already pretty well self-explanatory for those with a working knownedge of R and of WinBUGS.

[2] Wolfgang Lederer and Helmut Kuechenhoff have constructed programs for regular and MC-SIMEX in R.
You can get the program and documentaion below. It is important to look at the simex documentation before running.
The code is available at the R-site if you ask for simex.
